Quarterly family picnics. Hold a Saturday family picnic with games for the kids and lots of food. It'll allow your staff to know you on a personal level and vice-a-versa
monthly luncheon/appreciation (afternoon or breakfast). Treat the staff at a restaurant or bring in a caterer or food truck.
Use a clear locked box in the staff room. Have a contest (ex. $1.00 per box of benadryl sold) for every special product sold $1.00 is placed in the box, at the end of the contest term (week, month, quarter) the staff splits the winnings.
