Quarterly family picnics. Hold a Saturday family picnic with games for the kids and lots of food. It'll allow your staff to know you on a personal level and vice-a-versa
monthly luncheon/appreciation (afternoon or breakfast). Treat the staff at a restaurant or bring in a caterer or food truck.
