Do you have the following forms in your store ready for evaluation by any health plans or audits? We suggest keeping them in a binder that's filed and updated. If you are audited do not allow the auditor to sit in your store and do not provide them with the chair or table, they can find a place outside to do the audit. If your binder is updated and ready to go it will help minimize the amount of time they need to be in your store.
