Do you have a webpage?
Is your web address easy to remember, make sure it is short and uses your pharmacy name if possible. Our suggestion is to NOT use your 3rd party provided website (for example if you have Medicine Shoppe, they have a generic site that advertises their business and clients have to search for your pharmacy on there. This is very dangerous because it will list all Medicine Shoppe pharmacies in your community, which for a new client looking for a pharmacy might skip over yours. It is also a very generic site and does not have any customization for you and your business.
You can create your own website pretty inexpensively as well as purchase a domain name. If you need help doing this contact Gary Ellis 877-578-6579 press 2
Strong phone message?
Listen to your phone message, make sure it states your pharmacy name, location, hours & specialty items. Remember your phone message is your 1st contact with some customers and lets them know why it's important to use your pharmacy.
